1. Information Collected
The marketing website may receive information that you send to us, such as your name, business contact details, and message content. It also processes limited technical information necessary to deliver the website.
2. Seller Operational Data
XERP uses authorized seller operational data only for its disclosed product information, pricing, inventory and order tracking, business analytics, and multi-store operations. XERP does not process buyer personal information, including names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.
3. Cookies
The marketing website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential tracking cookies. Essential technical storage may be used only where necessary to deliver the website.
4. Data Hosting and Sharing
XERP is deployed in Alibaba Cloud server environments located in Beijing, China and Japan; the Japan environment is used only for program deployment and does not store seller operational or account data. To provide and protect XERP, necessary seller operational and account data are hosted and processed by Alibaba Cloud compute and database services. XERP does not sell this data, and it is not used for advertising. The initial service is for sellers in China.
5. Data Retention
When a seller revokes authorization or closes an account, XERP will delete identifiable account data within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.
6. Inquiry Emails and Technical Logs
Inquiry emails sent to xerp2026@163.com are used only to handle inquiries and necessary follow-up communications. We retain this information only for as long as needed for those purposes and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required by applicable law. Technical logs necessary to operate the website and service are retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless retention is required by applicable law.
7. Security
XERP uses protected data transmission, data minimization, and organization-level data isolation to protect seller operational data. No certification claim is made by this policy.
8. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about personal data that we process. Submit a privacy or deletion request to xerp2026@163.com; XERP will respond within five business days.
